Why laser cleaning?

Surgical precision

A focused beam lifts rust, grime and paint off the surface — without harming the base material, intricate components or delicate parts.

Unmatched efficiency

Work that ties up sandblasting or chemicals for hours is done in minutes — scan speeds up to 30,000 mm/s keep every pass productive.

Sustainable & cost-effective

No solvents, no abrasive media, minimal waste — laser cleaning is as kind to your running costs as it is to the planet.

Ideal applications

Rust & paint removal
Surface prep for coating
Corrosion removal
Pre-weld cleaning & prep
Post-weld treatment
Surface conditioning
Equipment degreasing
Hull & propeller cleaning
Marking & ID removal

Common questions

What can the TM Series clean?

Rust, paint, oxides, coatings and contaminants — for surface prep, pre- and post-weld cleaning, corrosion removal and coating removal across metal surfaces.

Will it damage the base material?

No — the focused pulsed laser lifts contaminants off the surface without harming the underlying material, intricate components or delicate parts.

Is laser cleaning safe?

With a fume extractor and proper PPE, yes. The TM Series adds Smart Shut Down (fires only at the workpiece), dual-channel interlocks and fibre-breakage detection.

How portable is it?

Fully — it's air-cooled (no external chiller) and ships on a portable trolley; the cleaning head is about 3 kg. A 5 m fibre is standard, 15 m optional.
